Issued to stores & collectors from 1989-1997. Apparently no booklets were made after the production switch to China, although they did start including the store 1-sheet catalogs in the newsletters.
Earlier booklets are almost always missing the page to send in for club membership. Also it is very common for booklets to have markings/writing in them as collectors used them to track their collections.
